We perform home inspections according to the Home Inspection Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. We also offer ancillary inspections. QUALIFICATIONS
Our inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors CPI® trained by InterNACHI—the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association of residential and commercial property inspectors that provides education, training, and certification.
SAMPLE REPORTS
At the end of the inspection, we will produce a written inspection report for you. The report will be easy-to-read and clear to understand. We will include pictures of the systems and components of the home and building that we inspect. We will also provide a summary of the defects that we observed during the inspection.

I’m a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI®) through InterNACHI and a Certified Commercial Property Inspector through the CCPIA, trained to inspect commercial buildings in accordance with nationally recognized standards. I’m fully licensed in NY and NJ, NHIE certified, certified for WDO/termite inspections, a HUD 203K consultant, and an FAA Part 107 licensed drone pilot, allowing me to safely inspect roofs and hard-to-reach areas for a more complete and accurate evaluation.
